7 Days Easy Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Exclusions: Sale items, perishable goods, and personal care products are not eligible for returns.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash payments, a refund will be provided in cash.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Damaged/Defective Goods: If an item is damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of purchase for an exchange.
- Gift Returns: Items received as gifts can be exchanged or refunded to a gift card.
